Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETV5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,419 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ETV5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-75P, POLR3K, and PGAM1. Each is linked with ETV5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV5-to-partner and partner-to-ETV5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-75P grouped by ETV5-low versus ETV5-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETV5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETV5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
