Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETV5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, PDCD4, and Tuberin. Each is linked with ETV5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV5-to-partner and partner-to-ETV5 results are reported.
