Across TCGA cell cohorts, ETV5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,896 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of lens fiber cell differentiation, Regulation of lens fiber cell differentiation, and Response to nitrosative stress. Each is linked with ETV5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV5-to-partner and partner-to-ETV5 results are reported.
