Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ETV3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ETV3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ETV3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ETV3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, LSCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where ETV3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
