ETV3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETV3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,650 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, POGZ, and RPRD2. Each is linked with ETV3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV3-to-partner and partner-to-ETV3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ETV3 versus GATAD2B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETV3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETV3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
