ETV3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETV3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,903 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, IPO9, and SPRTN. Each is linked with ETV3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV3-to-partner and partner-to-ETV3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ETV3 versus GATAD2B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETV3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETV3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
