ETV3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ETV3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,835 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RC3H1, GATAD2B, and RPRD2. Each is linked with ETV3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV3-to-partner and partner-to-ETV3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ETV3 versus RC3H1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETV3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETV3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
