Across TCGA cell cohorts, ETV3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,803 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETV3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of TORC2 signaling, Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with ETV3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETV3-to-partner and partner-to-ETV3 results are reported.
