ETS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,711 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIPA1, LCP2, and NID2. Each is linked with ETS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETS1-to-partner and partner-to-ETS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ETS1 versus SIPA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
