ETS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,156 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASAL3, ZNF831, and IKZF3. Each is linked with ETS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETS1-to-partner and partner-to-ETS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ETS1 versus RASAL3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
