ETS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ETS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLC, KLHL1, and FAM47A. Each is linked with ETS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETS1-to-partner and partner-to-ETS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLC grouped by ETS1-low versus ETS1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
