ETNK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETNK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,868 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETNK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FIBP, C2CD5, and CMAS. Each is linked with ETNK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETNK1-to-partner and partner-to-ETNK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ETNK1 versus FIBP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETNK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETNK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
