ETNK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ETNK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETNK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, EGFR_pY1068, and TIGAR. Each is linked with ETNK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETNK1-to-partner and partner-to-ETNK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by ETNK1-low versus ETNK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ETNK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ETNK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
