Across TCGA cell cohorts, ETNK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,508 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ETNK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylethanolamine biosynthetic process, RNA catabolic process, and Regulation of microtubule-based process. Each is linked with ETNK1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ETNK1-to-partner and partner-to-ETNK1 results are reported.
