Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ETF1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ETF1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ETF1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ETF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

LUSC, LUAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where ETF1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
