ESS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,373 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PER1, GANAB, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with ESS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESS2-to-partner and partner-to-ESS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PER1 grouped by ESS2-low versus ESS2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
