ESRRB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESRRB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,969 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESRRB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN4, HDGFL3, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with ESRRB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESRRB-to-partner and partner-to-ESRRB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESRRB versus SEPTIN4 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESRRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESRRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
