Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESRRB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,402 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ESRRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD23BP2, MIR3688-1, and KXD1. Each is linked with ESRRB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESRRB-to-partner and partner-to-ESRRB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD23BP2 grouped by ESRRB-low versus ESRRB-high in LGG.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESRRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESRRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
