Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESRRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 407 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESRRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-15P, MTHFD2P3, and RN7SKP297. Each is linked with ESRRA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESRRA-to-partner and partner-to-ESRRA results are reported.
