Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ESRRA mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,613 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ESRRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC9A1, POLR3E, and YIPF1. Each is linked with ESRRA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESRRA-to-partner and partner-to-ESRRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC9A1 grouped by ESRRA-low versus ESRRA-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESRRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESRRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
