ESRP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESRP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,648 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH1, MARVELD3, and FAM78A. Each is linked with ESRP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESRP2-to-partner and partner-to-ESRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESRP2 versus CDH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
