ESRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,822 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESRP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ESRP1_S543, SCRIB, and STAB1. Each is linked with ESRP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESRP1-to-partner and partner-to-ESRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESRP1 versus ESRP1_S543 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
