Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 653 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ESR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLC2, APBA3, and FILIP1. Each is linked with ESR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESR2-to-partner and partner-to-ESR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESR2 versus KLC2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
