Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,034 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ESR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ST6GALNAC2P1, OR8B6P, and NIPA2P2. Each is linked with ESR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESR2-to-partner and partner-to-ESR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ST6GALNAC2P1 grouped by ESR2-low versus ESR2-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
