ESM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 222 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01774, HAUS1P3, and GAPDHP57. Each is linked with ESM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESM1-to-partner and partner-to-ESM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01774 grouped by ESM1-low versus ESM1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
