Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and PKC-a_pS657. Each is linked with ESM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESM1-to-partner and partner-to-ESM1 results are reported.
