ESF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,343 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC8, RN7SL515P, and HSBP1P1. Each is linked with ESF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESF1-to-partner and partner-to-ESF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJC8 grouped by ESF1-low versus ESF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
