ESCO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ESCO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,860 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ESCO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNMT, RPRD1A, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with ESCO1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ESCO1-to-partner and partner-to-ESCO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ESCO1 versus RNMT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ESCO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ESCO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
