Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERVFRD-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,209 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ERVFRD-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, Mitochondrial tRNA wobble uridine modification, and RNA localization. Each is linked with ERVFRD-1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERVFRD-1-to-partner and partner-to-ERVFRD-1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I grouped by ERVFRD-1-low versus ERVFRD-1-high in CNS.
