ERVFRD-1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERVFRD-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERVFRD-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM2, SPRR2G, and SMCP. Each is linked with ERVFRD-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERVFRD-1-to-partner and partner-to-ERVFRD-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM2 grouped by ERVFRD-1-low versus ERVFRD-1-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERVFRD-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERVFRD-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
