Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERVFRD-1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 786 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ERVFRD-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPYSL4, N4BP1, and ZNF544. Each is linked with ERVFRD-1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERVFRD-1-to-partner and partner-to-ERVFRD-1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPYSL4 grouped by ERVFRD-1-low versus ERVFRD-1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERVFRD-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERVFRD-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
