Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERVE-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,116 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERVE-1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOM1L1, HOOK2, and BSPRY. Each is linked with ERVE-1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERVE-1-to-partner and partner-to-ERVE-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERVE-1 versus TOM1L1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
