Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERV3-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,527 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ERV3-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cytoplasmic stress granule, mRNA splice site recognition, and Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with ERV3-1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERV3-1-to-partner and partner-to-ERV3-1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
