ERP44

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERP44 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERP44-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD49b, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with ERP44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERP44-to-partner and partner-to-ERP44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD49b grouped by ERP44-low versus ERP44-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERP44→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERP44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
