ERN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10Z1, OR9I1, and OR2AK2. Each is linked with ERN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERN2-to-partner and partner-to-ERN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10Z1 grouped by ERN2-low versus ERN2-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
