Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ERMN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ERMN data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ERMN Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ERMN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, SARC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ERMN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
