ERMN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERMN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,668 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERMN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4765, MIR6803, and RNU6-342P. Each is linked with ERMN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERMN-to-partner and partner-to-ERMN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4765 grouped by ERMN-low versus ERMN-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERMN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERMN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
