ERMARD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERMARD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERMARD-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCN2, GPR101, and PNLIP. Each is linked with ERMARD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERMARD-to-partner and partner-to-ERMARD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCN2 grouped by ERMARD-low versus ERMARD-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERMARD→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERMARD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
