ERLIN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERLIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,250 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERLIN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC9, MCMBP, and NOLC1_S538. Each is linked with ERLIN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERLIN1-to-partner and partner-to-ERLIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERLIN1 versus DNAJC9 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERLIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERLIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
