Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERLIN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,182 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ERLIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM3, ALDH18A1, and TIGAR. Each is linked with ERLIN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERLIN1-to-partner and partner-to-ERLIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERLIN1 versus NPM3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERLIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERLIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
