Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERLIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,123 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ERLIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8071-1, E2F6P1, and NF1P12. Each is linked with ERLIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERLIN1-to-partner and partner-to-ERLIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8071-1 grouped by ERLIN1-low versus ERLIN1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERLIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERLIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
