Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERLIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,691 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERLIN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA synthesis involved in DNA repair, Spindle elongation, and Mitotic spindle midzone assembly. Each is linked with ERLIN1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERLIN1-to-partner and partner-to-ERLIN1 results are reported.
