ERLEC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERLEC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 737 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERLEC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF1, MIR153-1, and LINC01400. Each is linked with ERLEC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERLEC1-to-partner and partner-to-ERLEC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF1 grouped by ERLEC1-low versus ERLEC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERLEC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERLEC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
