ERICH5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERICH5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,077 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERICH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARD6A, IGHV3-30, and MIR190B. Each is linked with ERICH5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERICH5-to-partner and partner-to-ERICH5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PARD6A grouped by ERICH5-low versus ERICH5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERICH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERICH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
