ERICH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERICH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,884 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERICH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCTD9, CCDC25, and POLR3D. Each is linked with ERICH1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERICH1-to-partner and partner-to-ERICH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERICH1 versus KCTD9 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERICH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERICH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
