ERICH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERICH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,981 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERICH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3CA, DNAH1, and AHNAK2. Each is linked with ERICH1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERICH1-to-partner and partner-to-ERICH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIK3CA grouped by ERICH1-low versus ERICH1-high in LGG.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERICH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERICH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
