ERICH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ERICH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERICH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB5, NPVF, and SPRR2B. Each is linked with ERICH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERICH1-to-partner and partner-to-ERICH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB5 grouped by ERICH1-low versus ERICH1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERICH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERICH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
