Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ERI3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ERI3 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher ERI3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ERI3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
OV, SCLC, and LIHC are the cancer types where ERI3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
