Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ERI3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ERI3 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ERI3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ERI3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where ERI3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
