ERI3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ERI3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,223 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ERI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf50, CCDC30, and MEAF6. Each is linked with ERI3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ERI3-to-partner and partner-to-ERI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ERI3 versus C1orf50 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ERI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ERI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
